About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our core product team. You will architect and build features used by thousands of students across Africa.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable backend APIs using Django REST Framework
• Build responsive React frontends for our learning platform
• Mentor junior engineers and review pull requests
• Participate in on-call rotation and architecture decisions

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong expertise in Python/Django and React/TypeScript
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and Docker
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with WebRTC or real-time systems
• Open-source contributions
